As a Senior Executive in our finance operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle and accounts payable processes. Your expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of financial transactions and vendor management, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the P2P cycle, ensuring all processes from requisition to payment are effectively managed.
- Process both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-Purchase Order (Non-PO) invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage payment transactions through various banking portals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in vendor setup processes and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate vendor records.
- Gain insights into intercompany transactions to facilitate accurate processing.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new document types and processes as required by the role.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain compliance with agreed quality standards as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Fair understanding of the P2P cycle and accounts payable functions.
Skills
- Knowledge of invoice processing (both PO and Non-PO).
- Familiarity with payment transactions and bank portals.
- Basic understanding of vendor setups and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
