Responsibilities
- Technical Guidance. Lead the technical direction and implementation of large-scale product features, ensuring solutions are robust, performant, and impactful for customers.
- Collaborative Development. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence product strategy and direction, and deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Bug Fixing and Maintenance. Address and resolve bugs and production issues, while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.
- Code Reviews and Documentation. Contribute to code reviews, maintain documentation, and handle complex bug fixes with an emphasis on security and reliability.
- Mentorship. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Experience. 6+ years as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Skills. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, Vue). Familiarity with server-side development (e.g., Java, Node.js), modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress), and REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Data Analysis. Proficiency in SQL and basic data and numerical analysis.
- Front-End Architecture. Solid understanding of front-end architecture and data-driven development.
- Collaboration. Ability to work effectively with designers and contribute to dynamic user experiences.
- Learning and Mentorship. Willingness to learn and support a complex system while mentoring junior team members.
