We are seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation Developer/Team Lead to join our Intelligent Automation team within a complex enterprise software development environment. As a senior member and team lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a talented software development team, driving Agile best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development, issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high levels of business owner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC), encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment of business process automations.
- Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions tailored to specific use cases as per RDLC standards.
- Advise clients on automation strategies, develop RPA roadmaps, and establish RPA Operating Models.
- Establish and nurture an RPA Center of Excellence, defining best practices and ensuring program governance.
- Lead the building, testing, and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, or Automation Edge.
- Drive the strategic and tactical implementation of RPA solutions, including creating and documenting test procedures, configuring practices, and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation.
- Develop solutions adhering to Process Definition Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) using RPA platforms.
- Evaluate and research emerging RPA technologies and approaches to continually enhance the RPA strategy.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and efficiency within the development teams.
- Promote open communication and transparency, building trust among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Certified in 2 or more RPA Products (Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, UiPath, Automation Edge) with 5-8 years of experience in RPA implementation and software development.
- Proficiency in RPA Lifecycle with a track record of successful project implementation, deployment, and administration.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML, document processing, and OCR technologies.
- Advanced-level programming skills in languages such as C++, C#, or Java, with documented experience.
- Advanced-level scripting skills in languages like JavaScript, VB Script, or Python.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.
- Experience in full software development lifecycle and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments, with exposure to various technologies and testing tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence at all organizational levels without direct authority.
- Effective in managing multiple initiatives and maintaining composure in dynamic environments.
