As a Senior Internal Auditor at Adobe, you'll be an integral part of our Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of RAAS, you'll play a crucial role in executing audit and advisory engagements that enhance our control environment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive audit programs and conduct risk assessments.
- Utilize data analysis to identify root causes and improve internal controls.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to stay informed of business changes and initiatives.
- Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience; professional certifications (CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in internal audit methodologies and assessing complex processes.
- Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and governance principles.
- Prioritization skills to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
