Key Responsibilities

• Managing technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of complex functionalities and integration within SAP ecosystems.
• Designing and developing technical solutions aligned with business strategy and future requirements.
• Engaging with clients to understand their needs, define solutions, and articulate business benefits and use cases.
• Leading the end-to-end deployment of SAP BW 4/HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud projects.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentoring and coaching new team members, sharing technical expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP BW, BW4/HANA, and cloud warehouses such as Snowflake and SAP DataSphere.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like SAC, PowerBI, Tableau, and Celonis platform.
• Hands-on experience in implementing cloud data warehouses using Dbt and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and relevant certifications such as SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Activate Manager, and ITIL.
