We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all active network, server, and cloud equipment to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy Networks. Create functional networks including LAN, WLAN, and WAN.
- Configuration and Installation. Set up software, servers, firewalls, routers, and other network devices.
- Network Monitoring. Oversee network performance and integrity.
- Security Management. Develop, implement, and test security measures such as access authentication and disaster recovery protocols.
- Technical Documentation. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Network Optimization. Suggest improvements to enhance network performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Support and Maintenance. Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade programmers' networks and in-house/cloud environments.
Basic Requirements
- Network Administration Expertise. Solid background in network administration and architecture with proficiency in LAN and WAN operations.
- Technical Proficiency. Expertise with Microsoft Entra, Office 365, ThreatLocker, BitDefender, Intune MDM, and major operating systems.
- IT Security Skills. In-depth knowledge of IT security, including EDR, VPN, MFA, SOC, SIEM.
- Task Management. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Competent in working with internal and external stakeholders both in-person and remotely.
- Security and Incident Management. Familiarity with access control models, network security, and incident management.
- Troubleshooting and Leadership. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Additional Skills. Experience with Wazuh, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Manage Engine Service Desk (ITSM), and licensing is highly advantageous.
