As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights that drive business decisions, product performance, and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering) to create actionable insights through in-depth data analysis. Your ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings will directly impact the company's direction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- In-depth Product Analysis. Conduct detailed analysis to uncover opportunities for product improvement, user experience optimization, and business growth.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders. Work closely with business partners, including Product, Marketing, and Finance teams, to extract actionable insights from various data sources (relational databases, front-end analytics tools, clickstream data, etc.).
- A/B Testing & KPI Analysis. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
- Data Visualizations & Reporting. Create high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to executive leadership, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Advanced Data Tools. Utilize cutting-edge AB testing programs, automation, and advanced data tools to deliver high-quality analysis efficiently.
- Data Infrastructure & Governance. Collaborate with Engineering to advance the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring proper governance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience. 5+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, preferably within an internet or technology company.
- SQL Expertise. Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, driving critical business decisions.
- Statistical Knowledge. Robust understanding of statistics with the ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Data Analysis Tools. Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Project Management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-Starter. Strong self-motivation with a desire to learn and rapidly understand the business and its key drivers.
