2-3 years of relevant experience Good experience in developing Web or Windows based applications Expertise in C++, C#, ASP.NET, COM, DCOM, Windows API and Microsoft Office customization. Good working experience in Databases (SQL Server, Oracle). Candidates should have very good analytical & Design skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
