Within the AI Platform, the Azure ML team empowers data scientists and developers to efficiently build, train, deploy, manage, and consume machine learning models. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and apply engineering best practices to design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Set a high standard for code quality, best practices, and incident response, serving as a mentor and role model for the team.
• Actively incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Preferred:
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, large language models, and generative AI.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices and CI/CD.
• Passion for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.
• Track record of working on large-scale projects or applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Quick learner with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Familiarity with Azure is a plus.
