Job Description

As a Senior Staff Engineer specializing in SharePoint at Nagarro, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your technical expertise to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
  2. Team Collaboration. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Solution Enhancement. Continuously improve existing SharePoint solutions, exploring opportunities to innovate and optimize.
  4. Client Engagement. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Quality Assurance. Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of SharePoint solutions.
  6. Knowledge Sharing. Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, conduct workshops, and stay updated with SharePoint best practices and industry trends.
  7. Project Management. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, lists, libraries, and content management.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering SharePoint solutions across various projects and domains.
  • SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
