Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
- Team Collaboration. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Solution Enhancement. Continuously improve existing SharePoint solutions, exploring opportunities to innovate and optimize.
- Client Engagement. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Quality Assurance. Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of SharePoint solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing. Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, conduct workshops, and stay updated with SharePoint best practices and industry trends.
- Project Management. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in SharePoint development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, lists, libraries, and content management.
- Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.

Qualifications
