Job Description

Adobe is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and technically skilled individual to join our India Professional Services team. This team works directly with customers, providing expert consultation, technical guidance, and hands-on support to solve complex business challenges with Adobe’s cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect & Develop. Design and develop solutions for projects and product sustenance, leveraging AEM Sites and Assets.
  2. Technical Leadership. Lead a technically focused team, providing in-depth expertise in solution design, implementation, and best practices.
  3. Customer Collaboration. Engage in discovery sessions to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-impact solutions.
  4. AEM Expertise. Build and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM Core platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  5. Mentorship & Code Quality. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team, reviewing code for quality, readability, and security.
  6. Agile Project Leadership. Lead projects using Agile methodologies, adapting to different roles as needed to ensure project success.
  7. Technical Evangelism. Conduct demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers, showcasing the value of Adobe’s technology.
  8. Integration Solutions. Develop solutions to integrate third-party systems with AEM as part of an overall architecture.

What You Bring

  1. Java & Enterprise Expertise. Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, and JSTL, coupled with experience in Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  2. AEM Mastery. Strong knowledge of AEM building blocks, including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, and OSGi services.
  3. Web Technologies. Proficiency in core web technologies like XML, XHTML, JavaScript, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
  4. Preferred Skills. Familiarity with AEM foundational concepts, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  5. Communication. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, essential for working closely with customers and internal teams.
  6. Experience. 6-10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development.
