Are you a seasoned ServiceNow developer with a passion for crafting innovative solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialized Developer to join our dynamic team across various Infosys Business and Data Center locations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications/modules, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing overall platform capabilities.
Essential Skills
ServiceNow Specialization
- Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow applications/modules, with expertise in TSM (or CSM/ITSM) and TNI (or CMDB).
- It is good to have experience in OMT, FSM, TSOM (or ITOM), GRC, and SecOps.
Technical Design
- I specialized in preparing technical design approaches for requirements received from business analysts.
- Ability to work independently on complex requirements.
ServiceNow Platform
- Hands-on development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Good knowledge of Products and service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
Scripting
- Experience with all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
Configuration/Customization/Implementation
- Configuration, customization, and implementation of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.
Integration and Automation
- Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow using solutions like ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA, etc.
Knowledge Base
- Maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities, performance, and constraints with respect to the latest releases.
Practice Support
- Support practice-build efforts, including the development of practice intellectual property (IP).
ServiceNow Data Model
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards.
Agile Methodology
- Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), using JIRA & Confluence tools.
Communication Skills
- Possess good communication and client-interfacing skills.
Good to Have Skills
- AGILE & ITIL Knowledge
- Familiarity with AGILE and ITIL methodologies.
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD and module-specific micro certifications.
API Design
