Our client is experiencing significant growth in development on the ServiceNow platform, with a particular interest in HR, governance building, and Oracle integration. We are seeking a dedicated contractor to focus on ServiceNow Form development.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Form Development. Focus exclusively on the creation and enhancement of ServiceNow Forms.
- Backlog Management. Work under the Manager of Global Technical Services, who oversees the backlog of tasks and requests.
- Request Review and Clarification. Review incoming requests, seek clarification when needed, and complete the requests efficiently.
- Advisory Role. Provide advice on requests and best practices for form development.
- Requirement Translation. Convert requirement documents into functional forms. For example, create a request form for reporting facility issues like a burnt-out lightbulb.
Qualifications
- Experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
- Form Enhancement. Proficient in performing iterative enhancements to ServiceNow Request Forms.
- Dashboard Development. Experience in developing ServiceNow Dashboards.
- Collaboration. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to ideate on UI of workflows and requests.
- Release Management. Must have experience with proper release management, utilizing Dev > Test > Prod ServiceNow instances.
- Proactive and Self-Sufficient. Demonstrates self-sufficiency and proactivity in task completion.
- Communication. Must be fluent in English.
