Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting state-of-the-art systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that our ServiceNow solutions align seamlessly with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect ServiceNow Solutions. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring they meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices.
  2. Client Collaboration. Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical designs.
  3. Technical Leadership. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful execution of ServiceNow projects and adherence to best practices.
  4. Innovation and Trends. Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging industry trends, driving innovation and recommending improvements.
  5. Assessment and Optimization. Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  6. Solution Security and Scalability. Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable, aligning with best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Experience. Minimum of seven years in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Certifications. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
  3. Technical Proficiency. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  4. Problem-Solving. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to diagnose and address technical issues.
  5. Communication. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  6. Leadership. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards successful project outcomes.
  7. Client-Facing Skills. Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
