We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team at NXP Semiconductors. This role is crucial in driving the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that will empower our internal customers to optimize their operations. With a minimum of 12 years in IT and at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow, you will be a key player in ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Collaborate. Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding the ServiceNow platform. Lead architecture discussions and manage the ServiceNow roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Design & Implement. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance the productivity of internal teams. Work within Agile teams to develop and deploy these solutions with automated testing.
- Process Optimization. Provide guidance to the ITIL process team to optimize workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Center of Excellence. Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for the ServiceNow platform, promoting self-service capabilities and continuous improvement for internal customers.
- Quality Assurance. Review work products to ensure adherence to best standards and practices, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
- 12+ years in IT, with significant exposure to ServiceNow (minimum 5 years).
- Strong experience in working within a large enterprise environment.
Certifications
- ITILv3 or higher (mandatory).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
- TOGAF certification (desirable).
Technical Expertise
- Profound understanding of IT infrastructures, including Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Scripting, and Cloud solutions.
- Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, and a solid understanding of both out-of-the-box and customized ServiceNow integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
