As a Software Engineer III on the Google Fi team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain front-end software products. You will play a key role in building and enhancing web applications, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development. Design and develop scalable and high-performance web applications using best practices in front-end development.
- Project Management. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
- Problem-Solving. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the team stays on track and meets project goals.
- Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Quality Assurance to deliver high-quality products.
- Communication. Utilize strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate across teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience programming in Java.
- 2 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
- Experience developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Proven experience with web development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with accessible technologies and inclusive design practices.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this position is $136,000-$200,000 annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries across various US locations. Your specific compensation will be determined based on your work location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
