About the Team
The Data Science department at BOLD is responsible for discovering patterns and trends in datasets, creating predictive algorithms and data models, and improving data quality and product offerings using machine learning techniques. Collaborating with vertical teams such as Engineering, Portals, BI, Product, and Legal, the Data Science team focuses on projects involving natural language processing and machine learning, including resume parsing, ranking, summary generation, job recommendations, and conversion analysis. Additionally, the team explores state-of-the-art methods to stay updated with technology advancements.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the development team to transition working prototypes into production environments.
- Assist architects in building data systems for structured and ad hoc access to large datasets.
- Manage testing, deployment, and version control for machine learning services and data systems.
What You'll Need
- Experience with Python, including developing RESTful web services using frameworks such as Django/Flask.
- Expert knowledge in Python, advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience deploying models into production environments.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix, open-source tools/platforms, and containerization using Docker.
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot production environments running on Kubernetes clusters.
- Demonstrated experience deploying machine learning algorithms into production and knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
What's Good to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with software stack components, continuous integration, and service-oriented architecture.
