This role is within the Teams Frontline Workers (FLW) team, dedicated to enhancing Teams for frontline workers. It's a collaborative and fast-paced environment where engineers work together to innovate and deliver exceptional products. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate product experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers on feature execution and rollout plans.
- Ensure the quality of features shipped to customers and live site performance.
- Collaborate with engineering peers to reuse code and stack components.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science with coding experience.
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to delve deep into technical areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging work environment.
