Software engineer responsible for the development of software applications sold by 3M to customers in a wide variety of markets. 3M is seeking top-notch software engineers to apply state of the art technologies into the rapidly growing market of RFID Track and Trace software and systems. Help create a platform for high growth initiatives and lead 3M into the future.
Responsibilities
• Specify, design, and develop application software for commercial RFID Track and Trace products using Microsoft C# and .NET 2.0 framework
• Opportunities available in user interface development, web services, business rules and workflow engines, high performance communications and hardware interfaces, high performance data management, reporting engines
• Use state of the art development tools and methodologies
• Participate on a high performance software development team in an agile environment
• Participate on cross-functional teams with customers to identify requirements and integrate new technology
Must hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with software emphasis.
