Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the development team, focusing on high-quality, high-performance, scalable code.
- Engage in the entire SDLC process—design, development, and support of technical solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile methodologies, ensuring effective implementation of SCRUM best practices.
- Create technical design documents and conduct comprehensive technical walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to refine and clarify project requirements.
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and develop industry-leading applications.
- Play a proactive role in resolving production issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in application development with expertise in one or more of the following.
- C#, F#, .Net Core, ASP.Net Core
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Windows/Linux environments
- REST API, SCALA, Python, DevOps
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also capable of independent work.
- Proficiency in Agile development practices and tools, including automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with effective presentation abilities.
- Advanced understanding of OOP/OOD principles and Design patterns.
- Familiarity with Dependency Injection and integration technologies, especially Web Services and Microservices.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub), issue tracking (e.g., Jira), and documentation (e.g., Confluence).
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS, is advantageous.
- Exposure to Python, Redis, RabbitMQ, Unity, SimpleInjector, and global team collaboration is a plus.
- Background in the financial domain is desirable.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certification in a Development Program is preferred.
