Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Software Quality Engineer - 2 to join our dynamic Adobe Acrobat for Android team. As a member of this Agile software development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to end-to-end solution development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in test methodologies (functional, black box, grey box, integration, performance testing) to ensure the quality and reliability of our Android applications.
- Employ Android automation frameworks such as Espresso and UI Automator to streamline testing processes.
- Design and develop test scripts, test cases, and test data for both manual and automated testing of Android applications.
- Create comprehensive test plans for end-to-end workflows within Android applications.
- Utilize tools like Jenkins, GIT, and Android Studio for efficient test execution and management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Java programming.
- Exhibit a passion for building high-quality software products and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech from a premier institute with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in Android automation frameworks (Espresso, UI Automator).
- Experience in designing and executing test scripts, test cases, and test plans for Android applications.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GIT, and Android Studio.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality software products and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
