Tech Mahindra is seeking candidates for the role of Production Support / Technical Support Engineer with expertise in SQL and Java. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by troubleshooting and resolving issues using SQL and Java knowledge. This role requires hands-on experience in production support and may involve providing on-call support during evenings and weekends as per a rotational schedule. Experience in SAP Ariba is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using SQL and Java knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service through frequent and high-quality communication.
- Support customers experiencing complex issues on the client side.
- Provide ongoing and timely communication to customers regarding the status of their requests.
- Ensure emergency situations or critical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Java for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience in production support.
- Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 shifts and provide on-call support as required.
