Position Overview

As an Associate - HR Mandatory Docs, you'll serve as a central point for issue resolution, managing day-to-day administration for mandatory document compliance. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, applying complex policies to employee situations, and ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
