Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of key business functionalities.
- Develop and maintain mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality code through code reviews.
- Drive continuous integration activities and contribute to core product code.
- Present technical solutions in business terms and adhere to secured coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert ideas into real products.
- Work on-site 2-3 days a week, maintaining flexibility with remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
- Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Big Data technologies, and building large-scale applications.
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Map Reduce, Kafka, Airflow, or equivalent.
- Expertise in Core Java, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, Soap/Rest APIs.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone, and DevOps practices.
- Agile development experience is a plus.
