As a Senior IT Business Partner at our company, you will play a pivotal role in aligning IT solutions with the strategic objectives of our Global Business Line (GBL) Account. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our organization and the client's IT teams. By understanding the business needs and IT requirements of the Account, you will drive the implementation of large-scale IT changes, customization of applications, and the delivery of superior IT services. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving accountability, improving end-user experience, and fostering innovation across Wipro teams to meet the evolving needs of the Account.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the IT SPOC for the Account leadership team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring superior IT services.
- Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate with internal and client IT teams to develop joint action plans.
- Lead post-implementation efforts to build strong relationships with business leadership and client IT teams.
- Drive business success and innovation by implementing new ways of working across Wipro teams.
- Provide periodic updates on the performance of various CIO services and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes.
- Establish and drive IT governance within the Account to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
- Monitor changes in business IT systems and recommend technological solutions to improve employee experience and optimize performance.
- Analyze costs, value, and risks of IT initiatives, advising management and suggesting actions for improvement.
- Manage escalations, oversee project rollouts, and drive IT policies, compliance, and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Represent Wipro IT Organization to client CIO organization, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely rollout of IT projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proven expertise in IT strategy, planning, and relationship management with leadership teams.
- Extensive experience in supporting IT projects, implementations, systems integration, and creating IT solutions in large-scale programs.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills with a passion for driving change and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of Wipro IT infrastructure, applications landscape, and business processes.
- Commercial acumen with a good understanding of finance and budget management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
- Ability to leverage niche technology solutions for innovative problem-solving.
