As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering within our authorize.net team, you'll lead a talented group of engineers to execute our mission.
Responsibilities

Technical Leadership. Provide hands-on leadership to deliver functional and non-functional features at scale.

Team Management. Lead a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Business Alignment. Align development efforts with business objectives and industry standards.

Global Collaboration. Partner with remote teams to ensure unified product development.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 13+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Java 8, React, RDMS, and noSQL.
- Leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within a large organization.
- Expertise in delivering scalable production systems.
- Strong Agile methodology skills.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of latest technology trends for driving innovation.
