As a P2P Application Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for Level 1 inbound queries related to our P2P application. 

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and effective resolution to inbound queries via calls, emails, and chat, collaborating with other stakeholders as needed.
• Cultivating strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Leveraging your procurement and P2P knowledge, along with expertise in SAP MM and FICO modules, to address queries and support ongoing process improvements.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement and driving cross-functional initiatives to fruition.

Your Success Criteria

• Excellent communication skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in helpdesk roles and a technical aptitude.
• A Bachelor's degree, coupled with a solid understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and FICO modules, along with general P2P knowledge.
• A proactive attitude towards learning, coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt to new topics and cross-functional challenges.
• Strong issue management and reporting capabilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
