Responsibilities
- Applying design thinking methodologies to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions.
- Designing user interfaces based on interaction design concepts, refining designs iteratively.
- Delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs to creating concepts and prototypes.
- Implementing industry design standards and best practices to define design criteria and guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with project leads, managers, and development teams throughout the design process.
- Producing various design artifacts, including user requirements specifications, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
Requirements
- A B.E/B. Tech or B. Des degree with 8 to 12 years of experience in interaction design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, and Sketch.
- Knowledge of UX design processes and Lean UX methodologies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Certifications in Interaction Design, UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction are advantageous.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
