Siemens Advanta, a strategic advisor and implementation partner in digital transformation and industrial IoT, is seeking a passionate and experienced UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Bangalore. As part of a vibrant international team, you will play a key role in crafting innovative user experiences for eMobility Software, Hardware, and Services. Responsibilities
- Craft innovative user flows, mental concepts, and interaction patterns for eMobility products, defining precise interaction models.
- Lead remote development teams globally by providing proactive UI design guidance and ensuring a constant focus on enhancing the user experience.
- Maintain a holistic vision and effectively communicate interaction and UX concepts through storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate passionately with User Researchers and development team members to understand requirements and devise creative solutions for user needs and challenges.
- Evaluate and validate the usability of products, providing constructive feedback to enhance the user experience continually.
- Strengthen collaboration with other UX team members by actively contributing to the evolution of Siemens' design system.
- Set standards for user-centered design, contributing actively to the evolution of Siemens' design system and continuously evolving work methods.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent education with 15 years of experience.
- I have long-term experience in industrial UX/UI, with a focus on IoT, demonstrating an impact at an organizational level.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design skills in creating user flows, wireframes, human-machine interfaces, and services.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools and leveraging design systems at an intermediate level or higher.
- Deep understanding of usability and user-centered design practices.
- Experience leading design sprints and workshops within cross-functional product teams.
- Fluent in German and English with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally, domain expertise in e-mobility and/or data analytics applications.
