The project leader role will need to have experience leading teams, project management and strong technical skills. The software engineer role could require algorithm experience (NP-Complete Problems is desired) and the desire to spend time thinking and finding solutions for new algorithms and then following the project through to completion OR a desire to do heavy coding and programming.
