As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions. Your role will encompass managing and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems, ensuring optimal performance and security across all systems. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues, and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Documentation. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT processes, ensuring clarity and consistency in system administration tasks.

Technical Support. Provide technical support to end-users, responding to queries and issues via phone, email, or chat, and resolving or escalating as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Linux, and network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
