Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Management Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver clearly scoped deliverables within agreed timelines, focusing on priority offerings such as Performance, Career, Diversity, and Learning/Skill development. You will build solutions for reuse across segments and deploy them according to the broader talent calendar of major milestones, ensuring alignment with key events such as compensation adjustments, assessments, and fall planning.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Talent management experience or applicable expertise in leadership development, learning, HR, consulting, or agile program management.
- Ability to translate data and people insights into compelling strategies and clearly define work products to execute the strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse audiences, including peers and cross-functional squads.
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including data analysis and visualization.
