The Product Delivery Group at BOLD works closely with stakeholders across the Customer Experience Team to create customer-centric solutions for job seekers. Based in India, our team leverages the latest technologies and processes to develop highly optimized web applications that enhance user experience.
What You’ll Do
Design and Development
- Design web-scale products using best coding practices and open-source tools, ensuring adherence to coding standards and business requirements.
- Write code for web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React JS), develop REST APIs, and integrate applications with cloud platforms like Azure and third-party APIs.
- Actively participate in product review meetings, contribute ideas for improvement, and develop new user-facing features.
Code Quality and Reusability
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintaining code quality standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues related to usability, performance, and security of applications.
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Deployment and Coordination
- Deploy applications on AWS or similar platforms and coordinate closely with product teams to align development with business requirements.
- Lead technical design solutions, choose appropriate frameworks, and apply design patterns consistently.
What You’ll Need
Experience
- 7+ years as a Technical Lead or 9+ years as a Project Lead, with expertise in building modern web applications using React JS and ASP.NET MVC/NodeJs or similar technologies.
- Solid Object-Oriented design and development skills, proficient in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, and experience with RESTful services.
Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, experience with WCF & Rest APIs, and exposure to Azure are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive approach and a commitment to seeing projects through from development to production.
