R Systems is seeking a full-time Technical Lead/Team Lead - UI to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading and managing a team, troubleshooting UI-related issues, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring timely project delivery. This hybrid role is primarily based in Noida with the flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of UI developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Oversee software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications, ensuring they meet current web standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in web application development.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks such as ReactJS, Redux, and jQuery.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with server-side development using Node.js and related stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement APIs, including REST and WSDL.
- In-depth knowledge of web security principles and OWASP best practices.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Minimum of two years of proficiency in Python as a versatile automation tool, including expertise in managing virtual environments (venv), or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) solutions, such as Jenkins, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team handling.
