As a Technical Program Manager within the HNC team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cloud networking by defining strategic directions and establishing the roadmap for Microsoft’s network edge portfolio. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to identify and address unknown or unmet needs, collect and analyze performance metrics, and drive business impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish the strategic direction of Microsoft’s network edge portfolio.
- Identify unknown or unmet needs within processes and roadmap and define solution options.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect performance metrics, monitor progress, and derive actionable insights.
- Drive business impact and track success criteria for Edge network roadmap and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track, coordinate, and communicate project schedules, ensuring accountability.
- Deliver results amidst ambiguous and changing business requirements, demonstrating a self-driven work ethic.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Additional/Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree AND considerable experience in cloud-scale network infrastructure, engineering, and/or product/technical program management.
- Considerable experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
