- Previous experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen, preferably with hands-on experience in Dotnet technologies.
- Proficiency in documentation and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Past experience as a software engineer is highly valued.
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Meticulous organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and adept multitasking.
