Responsibilities
- Problem Definition. Actively aid the consulting team in defining project problems and requirements.
- Effort Estimation. Assist in estimating project efforts and timelines.
- Solution Generation. Participate in solution generation, design, and deployment phases.
- Research and POCs. Conduct research, including literature surveys and vendor evaluations, to explore alternative solutions. Build proof of concepts (POCs) to validate recommendations.
- Requirement Specifications. Translate business needs into requirement specifications and define to-be processes.
- Functional Designs. Develop detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Configuration Support. Support configuring solution requirements on ServiceNow products.
- Issue Diagnosis. Diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.
- Initiative Contribution. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
