Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in coding and solving problems at scale, preferably in FinTech.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and mobile-first development.
- Experience with modern web frameworks; deep knowledge in at least one framework and understanding of overall design principles.
- Ownership of multiple web products across teams or within a larger team, driving their success.
- Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture.
- Passion for Web Performance Optimization and its integration into all web products.
- Expertise in browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools.
- Experience in multi-tier large scale web architecture.
