Job Title. Mobile Architect/Lead - Xamarin & Maui
Responsibilities
As a Mobile Architect/Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework. Your role includes:
Application Development
- Design, develop, and implement complex mobile applications leveraging Xamarin and the new Maui framework.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create world-class mobile applications, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and usability.
Architectural Leadership
- Lead the development of architectural solutions aligned with client business requirements and industry best practices.
- Define and maintain technical standards and guidelines for mobile application development.
Technical Strategies
- Develop and implement strategies for mobile application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development within the team.
Innovation and Trends
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application development.
- Provide recommendations to the team and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Integration and Collaboration
Collaborate with other teams to seamlessly integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in mobile application development using Xamarin, C#, .NET, and related technologies.
- Experience in developing mobile applications using the new Maui framework is required.
- Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SQLite or similar databases, push notification implementation, designing custom UI components, and using libraries for face recognition, QR codes, PDFs, and mobile graphs.
- Understanding of Enterprise Frameworks, release procedures, and development environments.
