Also, it is unfortunately not true that an effort is made "to provide proper and full answers". Many answers work but they are not the most proper. I wish there were more appreciation of proper answers. I also wish there were more discussion of issues such as this.

The alternative to asking for clarification is to guess. If a guess is wrong then it wastes time, not only the time of the person asking the question and the time of the person providing a suggested answer but also the time of other people that want to help. This can be a huge waste of time when the guess Is provided as source code because then anyone that can help must spend a lot of time studying the code. That has been extremely frustrating for me.
