Step 1- Open New Windows Azure Portal.
Step 2- Go to virtual machine and afterwards, you can choose Ubuntu Server.
Step 3- Click to create and afterwards, choose basic to fill the option, given below. Afterwards, fill in the basic information and click OK button.
Step 4- Choose virtual machine size.
Step 5 - Go to configure optional features.
