How To Add New Link In SharePoint Office 365 Quick Launch

In this blog, let’s see how to add new URL link in Office 365 Quick Launch bar.

Before starting discussion, please do read my previous articles on Office 365.

First of all, sign into this URL, as shown below.

Enter your credentials to login to the Office 365 Project site. After successfully logging in, you will be able to see the screen given below, as a landing page.

Now, click "Menu".

Select "Project".

When you click on Project, you can see Project Online landing page which is PWA (Project Web App) site, as shown below.

Now, click on gear icon and click on "PWA Settings" as shown below.

Look for "Look and feel" option and select quick launch option.

Clicking on Quick launch option, we can see the new page as below.

We can see the existing links in the Quick Launch bar. Now, we are supposed to create a new link in Quick Launch.

To do so, click on new link from Quick Launch ribbon as shown below.

Upon clicking on new link, a popup window appears.

Give the custom web address in the above figure and check the display in Quick Launch option to see a new link in Quick Launch panel.

Here, let’s provide in custom web address and click OK.

Then, a new link is created, as shown below.

And, click on "Save" to save the new link.


To adjust the position of the link, click on "Edit Links" option and drag the link to desired location.
