A small Query....

Question

We design Forms in Vb & Vb.net using various controls & components from IDE Tool Box..Once Completed we save the file and it is saved as a resource file..We close the application and we again open the form..Mean time where are these controls saved and how are they saved . How are the retreived in the same manner as we designed..What is the logic hidden behind..Are they converted into bitstream and saved...????
