I don't understand actually use of API,

I have Worked on API And execute it using rest client request but I am sure client will be not interested to use this complicated execution process.

so ,please explain me what and how to use it in real time with example..

The answer is hidden in object oriented programming concepts like Abstraction and Encapsulation. These terms are not exclusive to OOP only.
Whenever you have questions like this, first check to see, could it be for the purpose of Abstraction.
And I am sure, more often than not, it will be a correct answer! Try it out!
