ADD dropdown for different financial year

Question

I have a dropdown ,Now i bind it for  months for different financial year,

i have the starting month (July or  January  ) is session. 

if my  financial year month start with January than it bind it from  January 

if my  financial year month start with July than it bind it from   July  .
