after login change _Layout based on login data

I want to be able to use a navbar based on user data. for example, if the user is from a specific country to have a specific navbar in _Layout and if is outside that conutry to have it in English. How can I do that?

Note:- your request must contain country value ex :- localhost:1234/user?country=India

Thank you for your answer Srinivasan but it does not. I am using Identity in my navbar, what I try to achieve is having two navbars, one in English, one in other language. Each user will have predetermined preffered language and when login they will see the menu in their preffered language. From what I could see on net, it can be achieved easily by adding condition on _ViewStart. This I don't know how. I might add condition for each page but I have more than 50 and it will be time consuming
