I have a  site with two groups admin group , members group.. i have a list leave database  on that list only admin group has full control. now my requirment is members group has to update item in leavedatabase list.. i was trying to break the roleinhertince but it throwing access denied exception can any one help...

Members group  have read  premission on the site..
