am i job hopper?

I think it is good to spend 2-3 years in one setting and move to the next. This is especially true at the begining of your career as it is gives you more exposure to different environments and lets you learn new tools and technologies.

In my honest opinion, job-hopping in the software industry is normal because experts/team leads/architects look for a means to grow their technical skills faster. Comparing that spending 5 years in the same company with routine work (monkey coders).

However, if you are going to look for another company always assured that your goals are aligned with your future jobs. Oh, by the way, you’re not a job hopper because even in other countries they usually find a new company every 1.5-2 years.

Hello Habib I hope you're doing well,They must feel positive so you just tell them as below => I don't see them as many jobs. I see them as many steps that I have climbed up and standing potentially capable in front of you with all those stepping experiences.
