ASP.NET C# File Upload

Question

I am developing a Job Portal . I have to upload as well as download resumes. I have used file upload control for that and it is working fine. Now I need to enable the feature to update the already uploaded resumes. How can i implement that? Please help me. I have sql procedures for updating the resumes but I do not know how to code the front end.
