How to recover my windows form from the error given in the image gallery

how data from gridview produced in another form in corresponding textbox.such as,
i am bind a gridview.then i will click the edit button on the gridview then i wish see to redirect a form(created) and show the values in corresponding textbox.

The problem is pretty much clear from your error message. The error message says,

> Provided column already belongs to the DataGridView control.

I think you need to remove the previous instance of the column as it already belongs to the grid view. Otherwise, check if that column exists or not.
